To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return & Refund Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:
- Company: when this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” ‘us,” “or,” “our,” it refers to Shedmart that is responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.
- Customer: refers to the company, organisation or person that signs up to use the Service to manage the relationship with your consumers or service users.
- Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit and the services.
- Service: refers to the service provided by Shedmart as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

- You: a person or entity that is registered with Shedmart to use the Services.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank for shopping at Shedmart. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we sell. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Shedmart. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Shedmart, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Shedmart’s Privacy Policy.
If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or you received damaged product, you can apply for refund and return your Item.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
We at Shedmart commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you tall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product, At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Shedmart is not liable for damages that are caused to the Items during transit or transportation.
We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you do so, then you are not eligible for refund.
SHIPPING
Shedmart is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over INR 5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED TIME FOR A DELIVERY?
Once we receive the order confirmation, products are typically dispatched within 1 — 2 days. We will notify you once the product has been dispatched for delivery.
HOW DO YOU TRACK MY ORDER?
The ideal way to track your order is to sign-up at Shedmart.in and then visit the “Track your Order” page. Or, as a guest, you can visit the Track Your Order page at https://shedmart.in/order-tracking-form/ and enter your Order ID and your Billing Email address linked with the order.
ARE THERE ANY DELIVERY OR INSTALLATION CHARGES, OR ANY HIDDEN FEES?
Absolutely not. Delivery of a product is free of charge for all orders above INR 5000.
WHAT SHOULD I CHECK WHEN THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED TO ME?
- Correct Product.
- Complete Product.
- Unused Product.
- Undamaged Product.
- Undamaged Packaging.
WHEN CAN I PLACE A RETURN REQUEST ON MY ORDER?
If there is a damaged product at the time of delivery. You may generate a request of return through email at support@shedmart.in or by calling at our customer support centre.
After your request, we will check with the delivery services and an executive inspection will be done on the same and then we will decide that whether the receipt product of yours fall under refund category or others.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATIONS
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Shedmart may have to limit the number at products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re working on them as fast as we can. Shedmart reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Shedmart confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered Shedmart will cancel the order and return your purchase price in full.
